Deposits are non-refundable 30 days or less prior to the event. Unused deposits may be credited towards a future event no more than 2 years from original booking.
The cart cannot be moved after the final setup is complete and damages to the cart or any items on the cart will be the financial responsibility of the client.
The cart and other setup items cannot be left overnight at any event, without prior approval.
Weather conditions can blow out the burners under the chai dispensers, so it is the client’s responsibility to reignite the burner if this occurs.
It is the client’s responsibility to make room for a walkway to ensure proper loading/unloading of the cart and setup items. A minimum of 28-inch width is required for transport of the cart. Failure to do so can result in the cancelation of the cart setup. Payments will not be refunded if these guidelines are not followed. (A micro set-up may replace the cart.)
LA Chai Cart cannot set up at a location that requires climbing stairs. Prior approval must be granted for exceptions and included on the order form at the time of the booking. Clients must disclose any hindrances on the way to the setup location including, but not limited to, stairs, security dogs, pets, or any other obstacles. Failure to disclose this information during the time of the booking can result in a cancelation of the cart setup. Payments will not be refunded if these guidelines are not followed. (A micro set-up may replace the cart.)
Driveways permitting access to setup and breakdown locations must be clear
Event changes cannot be made within 48 hours of the event.
It is the client’s responsibility to include any food allergies on the order form at the time of the booking.
If event insurance is needed at the event, it is an addtional $50 insurance fee.
Dispensers should remain on their stands at all times. If dispensers are removed from the stands for any reason, they may not be placed on the cart. Any burn marks or scrapes to the cart will be the financial responsibility of the client.
Missing or damaged décor items will be the financial responsibility of the client.
The cut-off time for breakdown for any event is midnight.
